General conditions
1. These conditions will apply to shipments contracted in the absence of agreements or specific conditions derived from the uniqueness of each product or service.. Our carrier has at your disposal, the specific conditions and rates applicable to each service or product.
2. Contractual data on the nature of the merchandise, name and address of the recipient and sender, are provided by it under its responsibility and are not checked by our transport provider, except for serious imminent risk or order of the authority.
3. Services will be provided from Monday to Friday., except Saturday morning for those shipments in which the complementary services are contracted Delivery on Saturday and/or Collection on Saturday. In the temporary computation, holidays in the destination town and the Saturday corresponding to Holy Week are excluded..

DELIVERY DELAY: In case of non-compliance with the contractually agreed delivery term according to the contracted service, The compensation to be paid will consist of the return of the postage paid by the client.. Non-compliance with the delivery term will not be considered as that caused by the absence or change of address of the recipient., unknown recipient or address, non-payment of postage, supplied or reimbursed, holiday closure, late deliveries on second delivery attempt, causes of force majeure or fortuitous event or others not attributable to our carrier. Excluded from this guarantee are goods sent "to be collected" at the address or warehouses of our carrier at destination.. in addition, disclaims responsibility in cases of non-compliance with the delivery deadline in shipments to the Balearic Islands for reasons beyond our carrier (airline delays, maritime, carriers, loading and/or unloading…) .
